I’m among the advisory vanguard for NextMed Health, and I’m hoping to speak there too. I hope you’ll come. Register here, or email me for a discount code.
Daniel Kraft’s events are different.
Host Daniel Kraft MD’s events are not like others. He spoke at the conference where I did my TED Talk, and immediately invited me to his first event the next month, at NASA Ames Space Center. Every single futuristic thing discussed there has become real, because Daniel curates and he’s smart. Twelve years later we’re at the fabulous Hotel Del Coronado in San Diego. Our constant companion in all this has been the visionary Lucien Engelen, who’s now a guru at Deloitte’s Center for the Edge and author of Augmented Health(care): The End of the Beginning, which I love.
Daniel’s events are not for people who want more of the same, like the big JPM (J.P. Morgan) conference or VIVE. During JPM this year I was sick to death of all the people who were excited at how much is spent on American healthcare! They hope to perpetuate all the spending, so they can scrape off their percentage … which requires the system to stay stable, not change. This is not good.
(I asked on Twitter if ANY sessions were about what patients aren’t getting from healthcare, or how we can STOP spending so much money on healthcare, and I got crickets.)
Let’s dump that jive
from JPM and VIVE.
See the reviews of Daniel’s past conferences (read them, really) and this year’s program and blue-ribbon faculty.
If you’re right for this, register and let me know. The place is gorgeous!
